Penthouse on Existing Architecture
The penthouse is located on the top floor of a classic building whose front façade retains its original character. At the rear, a new architectural extension has been added across all floors. As a result, the penthouse features both a contemporary and a traditional exterior. This intriguing composition of old and new offers a preview of the dynamic interplay that unfolds within the penthouse itself.
A carefully curated collection of contrasting textures, lines, and rhythms gives character and definition to the various spaces. Highlights include bespoke elements in oak and bronze, wide oak floorboards with a grey finish. And the generous use of different types of natural stone in the entrance, wet areas, and the fireplace - behind which a television is concealed when not in use. The new volume at the rear features floor‑to‑ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding park and beyond.

The outward-facing living area provides a spectacular view of the mesmerising city lights each night.
